I have never heard people calling any human being a God. Sachin Tendulkar is one such person who has been given the title of “The God of Cricket” after fetching all the titles, awards, prizes, name, fame and fortune that anyone on this earth could imagine.

2001: In the Test series against Australia, he became the first player in ODIs to amass 10000 career runs. He accomplished the coveted feat while scoring his 28th century at Indore

2007: He capped a phenomenal outing in the one day internationals
2008: During the test match against Australia at Mohali in October, he became the highest run-getter in the history of test cricket by surpassing Brian Lara's record
