How to Have Fare Complexion…?

Before answering your question I would like to tell you one thing that…

Non-white complexion that we Indians have is a blessing in disguise… and that is why there are no cases of Skin Cancer in Indians and other non-white races in the world...

How does our skin become dark?

Just look at the skin of your body that is always covered with clothes and compare it with your face or your arms? You will notice a vast difference between the complexions of the two areas of your own skin.

The reason is that the skin of your arms and face has turned dark due to exposure of the same to sun light.

This has happened because your skin is photosensitive like photo-chromic spectacles / glasses and this characteristic comes from the melanin present in our skin that turns dark for preventing the ultraviolet and infrared radiations of sun-shine from penetrating into the inner layers of your skin.

How to prevent our skin from becoming dark?

It is as simple as 1+1 = 2… just protect your skin from exposure against sun and for that you may follow the following guidelines:
  1. Use caps while going in sun
  2. Use sun-glasses / goggles while going out in sun
  3. Wear full sleeves top / shits / pans / jeans while venturing out in sun
  4. Use sun screen lotions twice a day
  5. Use lotions of calamine composition on your face while going to bed aat night
  6. You may also use fairness creams that are available over the counters
  7. Grandmother’s beauty treatment made with gram flour, turmeric, rose water, etc may also be tried at night
  8. Rinse your face at least 3 – 4 times with chilled water during summers
  9. Best of luck for a successful beautification mission…
How much fare you could become after following all the treatments?

Look at your inner body that is the portion between your waist and shoulders, which remains covered all the time in your day-to-day life. You will find that the complexion of the skin of your torso is the fairest out of the skin of rest of your body. Similarly the skin of the inner aspect of you arms is much fairer than that of the outer portion of your hands.

This difference of the color of complexion between the inner and the outer portion of your skin simply depends on the severity and period exposure to light (radiation of Sun). the more the skin is exposed to the radiations of Sun the darker the skin will be.
Therefore, the maximum fair complexion possible for you to achieve is equivalent to that of the inner aspect of your arms or that of your trunk.
